Terms of service
Using Bakaya
Last updated 5 November 2026.
The service
Bakaya helps a distributor or CA firm track outstanding invoices, send payment reminders, and record collections. By creating a workspace or signing in with Google, you agree to these terms. The operator can be reached at yadav40shashank@gmail.com.
Your workspace
You are responsible for the debtor and invoice data you import, for the accuracy of amounts and due dates, and for messages sent from your organisation. You must have a lawful basis to contact those parties about amounts they owe. A 14-day Starter trial is available to a new firm. Paid plans, limits, and renewals are shown in the product and charged through Razorpay when you subscribe.
Not legal advice
MSMED Act notice text generated by Bakaya is a template. It is not a filed legal notice and it is not advice. Have a chartered accountant or advocate review it before you send it.
Acceptable use
Do not use Bakaya to harass anyone, to collect amounts you know are not due, or to send marketing. WhatsApp messages are transactional utility templates about an outstanding invoice. Do not attempt to access another customer’s organisation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available. Reminders can fail if a provider, a plan limit, or a missing phone or email blocks them. To the extent the law allows, Bakaya is not liable for lost collections, indirect damages, or decisions you make from a notice template. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
